Need to climb outside?
Craggy Island is primarily a provider of indoor climbing, however most
people who climb like it al fresco too. So with this in mind we have
joined forces with climbing holiday and course providers Rock & Sun and Climb
France. Both companies are experts in the field and provide
a variety of climbing and related courses in the UK, France and Spain.
There are dozens of climbing guides out there, but choosing one you can trust and who will enable you to get the most out of your valuable free time is difficult. Our association with these two companies is based on personal experience, we have climbed with their guides and stayed in their accommodation. In the UK Rock and Sun provide everything from your first real rock experience to instruction in how to be an independent and confident climber on the mountains.
Or why not climb overseas? Climb France run a complete programme of
courses and coaching on the limestone crags of southern France and if
you fancy the Costa Blanca, Rock & Sun run an equally comprehensive
package in Spain.
In addition Craggy Island also have occasional special organised trips to Southern Sandstone in Kent, sport climbing in Portland Dorset and bouldering in Fontainbleau France. These are advertised in our news area or onsite at Guildford and Sutton.
