is where it all starts. To start indoor climbing is really easy and this
course is designed to give you the first techniques and safety aspects
you need to get you going.

Our beginners courses are taken by all kinds of people and are very popular. We will show you all the basic aspects of safety and the theory behind them. We also show the important basic techniques of climbing so you start climbing the right way.
After you have completed this course you should be able to use our facilities with ease and be cranking up our walls! After the course you will need you to complete our registration and take our assessment the next time you visit.
Courses run weekdays (over two weeks in 2 hour sessions) or weekends (over Sat or Sun, 4 hours a day). The minimum age for this course is 14 years old.
